PE/CCA Department

Vision

Healthy Body & Healthy Mind

Mission

To empower pupils and staff to feel good about themselves through involvement in sports and recreational endeavours for personal excellence in life.

The purpose of Physical Education (PE) is to enable students to demonstrate individually and with others the physical skills, practices, and values to enjoy a lifetime of active, healthy living.

Our Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) Programme provides students with the opportunity to participate in varied activities from the 4 main groups: physical sports; clubs and societies, visual and performing arts, and uniformed groups. Students learn life and social skills during the CCA sessions. We hope they will pick up the skills necessary for life-long pursuit, if they choose to.
